Booking, payment and visits

• Do you offer free consultations?

  Yes. Consultations and an in-depth skin analysis are complimentary. We talk through your skin type, the options that suit it now and over time, and put together a plan around your goals. There is a limit of two complimentary consultations per person in any 365-day period.

• Who performs the treatments?

  Every treatment is performed by licensed, trained professionals under medical supervision. Every plan starts with an assessment, so the treatment, dose and number of sessions are set for you.

• How do I book?

  Book online through our booking page, which always shows current availability, or call us at 747-230-2282. We recommend booking a few weeks ahead for the date and time you want. A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a $100 fee. Group appointments need 72 hours' notice, and a $200 fee may apply. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.

• Can I pay over time?

  Yes. Pay over time with Cherry or Affirm. Ask about either at your consultation or when you book.

• Are your prices published?

  Yes. Every treatment's price is on our treatment menu and on the treatment's own page. Dermal fillers and facial balancing are priced at the consultation, because the plan depends on the areas treated.

• What are your hours?

  Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Saturday: closed. Sunday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

• Where are you?

  22339 Sherman Way, Canoga Park, CA 91303, in the San Fernando Valley, a short drive from Woodland Hills, Encino, Calabasas, Northridge, West Hills, Winnetka, Reseda, Tarzana and Chatsworth.

• Can I bring my children or pets?

  For everyone's safety, children should not attend appointments unless they are receiving a service, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We keep a no-pets policy. Working service animals are welcome.

• Can I return skincare products?

  Unopened skincare products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened or used products, gift cards and completed services are non-refundable. Prepaid services are refundable within 10 days of purchase for unused services, and must be used within one year.
