What to expect

  1. Face assessment

    We look at your profile and at your features, both at rest and in motion. You tell us what you want to change, and we explain what filler can and cannot do for it.

  2. Your treatment plan

    Together we agree on the areas, the order and the amount of product. Larger changes can be spread across more than one visit.

  3. Placement

    After the skin is cleansed, filler is placed in small amounts, with symmetry checked along the way.

  4. Review and aftercare

    We look at the result with you in the mirror and explain what to expect from swelling over the first few days.

Results

  • What are dermal fillers made of?

    Many dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a sugar molecule found naturally in skin that holds on to water. The product used for you depends on the area and the effect you want, and it is chosen at your consultation. We explain the product and how it behaves before any treatment begins.

  • What does facial balancing mean?

    Facial balancing looks at how your features relate to each other. A small change to the chin, for example, can make the nose look less prominent in profile. We treat the areas that bring your face into proportion and leave alone the ones that already suit you.

  • How much downtime does lip filler have?

    It depends on the area and on you, and your consultation covers the details. Lips tend to swell and bruise more than other areas, and that usually eases over several days. If you have a wedding, photos or another big event, book a couple of weeks ahead.

  • How is filler different from Sculptra?

    Filler adds shape where it is placed, and the change is visible soon after treatment. Sculptra works gradually by prompting your skin to build its own collagen over weeks and months. Some faces benefit from one, some from both, and your consultation shows which fits your goals.
