APPOINTMENT POLICY
To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we recommend booking appointments a few weeks in advance. Our website displays the most up-to-date availability. A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
CONSULTATION POLICY
We provide complimentary consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. Consultations include education about your unique skin type, a discussion of available treatment options (both immediate and long-term), and a personalized plan based on your goals. There is a limit of two (2) complimentary consultations per person per 365-day period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For non-group appointments, a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. For group appointments, a seventy-two (72) hour cancellation notice is required and a $200 fee may apply if canceled late. Clients arriving more than ten (10) minutes late may be required to reschedule.
PRICING & PREPAYMENTS POLICY
Pricing for products and services is subject to change at any time. Prepaid services must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of purchase. If there are payment issues including chargebacks or fraud, we reserve the right to require payment by cash only.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Unopened skincare products may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. Opened or used
products, gift cards, and completed services are non-refundable. Prepaid services are refundable
within ten (10) days of purchase for unused services only. Training courses are non-refundable
CHILD POLICY
For the safety of all clients, children should not attend appointments unless receiving services. An adult must accompany minors under eighteen (18).
PET POLICY
We maintain a no-pets policy. Only working service animals are permitted.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information only to provide services, communicate with clients, and operate our business. Information is retained only as long as necessary or as required by law. We protect personal data through reasonable security safeguards.
We may collect information automatically such as IP address, device type, pages visited, and general location data. You may request account deletion by emailing info@rejuven8md.com. Certain information may be retained as required by law.
