What your first consultation decides

The complimentary consultation starts with your face as a whole. We look at where structure has faded, from the temples and cheeks down to the jawline, and you describe what you have noticed. Then we talk about timing, because Sculptra builds slowly and the result arrives over weeks and months. If that suits you, we agree the areas, the number of sessions and the spacing between them. Most plans use several sessions, each given time to take effect before the next. The allowance is 2 consultations a person within 365 days.

Sculptra and Fillers & Facial Balancing both deal with lost shape, on very different clocks. Filler gives a feature shape at the spot where it goes in, visible soon after. Sculptra works through your own collagen, so the change is gradual. That difference is useful. When a feature needs definition right away, such as the lips or the chin, filler handles it. When broader areas like the temples or cheeks have thinned over time, Sculptra rebuilds support slowly. Some faces need both, planned in a clear order at the same consultation so each treatment covers its own part.
