When the session ends, calming skincare goes on and you hear your aftercare before leaving. For a short stretch after that, expect mild redness and some sensitivity. A quick return to ordinary activities is typical. The skin is still repairing, though, so stick to the instructions you were given and keep it shielded from the sun until it has healed. The session involves no heat and no chemical solution, so the healing is your skin responding to the micro-channels alone. If something feels wrong, a phone call to the spa is the right first step.
Microneedling starts with a complimentary consultation and skin assessment. You describe what bothers you, whether that is scarring, pores, fine lines, sun damage or uneven tone, and we look closely at your skin in that area. Then you make the decisions, with our advice: which areas to treat, how many sessions to plan, the spacing between them, and whether a booster add-on such as PRP or an Exosome belongs in the session. Consultations are limited per person, with a cap of 2 in any 365-day period.
