The complimentary consultation includes a close look at the area in good light. Your specialist examines the hollow, the skin, any puffiness and the color under your eyes. That shows whether the shadow comes from volume loss, which filler can help, or from pigment, visible veins or puffy bags, which respond differently. Filler can make puffiness look worse, so you will hear plainly if it is not the right fit.
