Each treatment handles its own layer of the problem. Under-Eye Filler fills the groove where the lower lid meets the cheek with a modest quantity of product, easing the shadow, and you can see that change early. By contrast, the PRF Under-Eye Treatment uses platelet-rich fibrin prepared from your own blood, placed beneath the under-eye skin to improve thin, crepey texture over several weeks. When both volume and skin quality need help, combining them makes sense. Your consultation sets which comes first and how much time the area needs between them.

What to ask before filler

Ask what is causing your shadow: a hollow, pigment, visible veins or puffy bags. Only the first responds well to filler, and filler can make puffiness look worse.
