Booking the consultation and paying

Your first booking is the complimentary consultation and skin assessment. The booking page takes reservations online, or you can call during business hours, Monday through Friday and Sunday. The spa does not open on Saturday. At the consultation we agree the plan, and treatment follows from it. Should a date stop working, give 24 hours' notice to change it, as late cancellations and missed visits may be charged. You can pay over time with Cherry or Affirm, which helps if your plan is staged across separate visits.

Timing filler before a date

Start from the date and count back a couple of weeks at least. Filler brings some swelling that settles over the following days, and lips are prone to more swelling and bruising than other areas. You want the final shape in place, and that only shows once swelling has gone down. It helps to see the settled result before the event, so do not cut the margin fine. When a larger change is split across visits, the first visit needs to come earlier still. Share the date at your consultation.
